POST DIAGNOSTIC SUPPORT
Life after diagnosis can be challenging and my role is to support you and your family in understanding your condition. Here is what I can offer:
-
A full understanding of what autism and ADHD is through a series of easy to understand topics.
-
Advice on how to manage certain symptoms and be more independent
-
Introduce the concept of masking and how it affects our self-identity and mental health
-
Advice for parents or carers on how to look after newly diagnosed children or adolescents
-
Personalised educational tutorials tailored to clients or their parents
-
Convenient online sessions
-
Digital reading material to supplement the topics being taught

*Please note: I only offer coaching to help educate and manage symptoms of neurodevelopmental conditions and cannot provide therapeutic intervention for any mental health or physio needs.
Packages
Each package will provide you with information from all the topics based on the areas of adversity mentioned above along with added topics or guidance of your choosing. Should you wish for more coaching sessions after a completed course, I charge £55 per hour thereafter.
